And I've gotta say that I'm glad, at least early in the season, RJ is proving valuable to the team with that lights out stroke from deep. Hope he keeps it up for the whole season this time. His stroke looks so pure now he could lead the NBA in 3s.

i wrote the other day, that I think Tony freezes out players are times. When he doesn't think you're shooting well sometimes he doesn't give you the ball even if it is the right basketball play. He needs to trust his teammates more and have full confidence in them. That projected confidence will help then young players in the long run.

I agree one of a point guard's responsibilities is to make sure everyone is touching the ball. It helps to them to develop rhythm, be more confident and play harder on offense and defense.
