Wrong. Duncan barely moved his body while standing still. Perkins (not Ibaka so much besides that last play) is CONSTANTLY jumping out and moving AND moving his body way out towards the defender and hitting them every time.

He does it way more dramatically and never gets called for it. OKC absolutely sets way more moving screens, yet SA has been called for twice as many moving screens as OKC.
