Celtics have never played a game where they have failed to get an offensive rebound.
Food for thought.

If the Celtics don't get an offensive board in the last 2 minutes, it will be the first time in CELTICS HISTORY that they have 0 offensive boards in a game!
Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....
No-hitter rules, tbh.

Terrible call. Team needs to buy Splitter dinner after this game.

what a bailout call tbh
Possible makeup call for the 2 push offs Bass got away with on his last 2 rebound attempts? Duncan's shoulder did get hit though on the shot, just not very hard.

This fucking garbage Celtics team... can't play defense, can't rebound, and certainly not awesome enough on offense to make up for it.
Oh and GFY 2/7 FG, 0 reb, 1 ast Jeff Green in 16 mins.

Tiago 23/31 on free throws this season for 74%. Good to see him recover from the Clippers series.

What a terrible, terrible contract they gave him. Although to be fair, it's not like they'd have any cap space to use if they didn't give it to him

After 11 games I can finally say, Tiago played a good game on both ends
And Tony was great, nice to see him aggressive

I would've rather they burnt the money then give it to Jeff Green. I fucking hated the Perkins trade, and I hated them resigning him, and 9 million a year for Mr Invisible was absolutely retarded.

T. Parker 36:37
D. Green 38:33
T. Duncan 32:34
9-man rotation. And Manu only played 23 minutes. WoW.

Pretty solid games tonight by Timmy, Tony, and Tiago. The Killer T's. . .alright, that probably doesn't work.
I liked Tony pretty much all night tonight besides the forced pass (turnover) and chucking that deep three late in the 4th.

Splitter had 25 against the Rockets last year so this is not a career high.
Also 26 against the Suns last year.

Mattys the best 5th big in the league tbh. It's a role he should have been playing for the last 3 years.

Could have been an anomaly but Diaw had one of his better if not best game of the season playing SF. Got me thinking maybe on offense he plays the SF in sets (seemed to shoot more) and depending on match ups PF.

Really happy to see Splitter playing aggressive and well on both ends of the floor
But the best thing was the Spurs winning and BonBon with another DNP

This is an example of how deadly Diaw/Splitter can be off the bench. They fit so great next to each other on paper.

Today shows just how much vaule splitter can have for this team it's just a matter of him playing with agression and giving a damn every night.

They can play a lot toghether too without the need of playing Blair or Splitter, tbh. And if we're talking about great fits, the Bonner/Splitter duo last season killed it at historycal rates, tbh.

manu shot the worst tonight, but somehow he had an amazing +/- of +24
that's manu for us.
Great win. That said, I haven't seen this undisciplined of a Celtic's defense in a long time especially in the paint. I suppose it's to be expected with all the new faces, but damn.

diaw needs to have a respectable jumpshot when the defense collapse the driving lanes when his thinkn of penetrating and dishing to the open man

Great game by the Spurs. Call me superstitious, but I think the classic Spurs Win girl in the game thread helped.
