Bonner has done a great job this series. He's hitting his shots which he should always do when he's open, and he's actually not a horrible defensive matchup against Memphis. Against Golden State he wasn't quick enough and against the Lakers he wasn't strong enough, however against Memphis he can actually do a decent job against overrated Randolph. However Neal on the other hand, I still think he should sit on the bench.
