He's already a better coach than 50% current NBA head coaches. He was the coach-on-court during his 2nd tenure with us mavs. He was slow as fuck but you still had to play him 38 minutes a game for his leadership and influence

Actually doesn't sound like a bad idea if true - Kidd has the basketball IQ to be a coach, and he'd have one of the all-time greatest coaches by his side to show him the ropes, tbh....
