View Full Version : Fuck Manu
And fuck Pop for putting his scrub ass in.
You just can't trust him. All the gambles work from time to time, but not as much as they used to.

He absolutely killed us tonight. I thought I'd seen it all with "The Foul" in '06.
His absolutely fucked up play surpasses that by several orders of magnitude.
FUCK YOU MANU

Should the Spurs go on to lose in game 7 (which is very likely, though I hope not), Manu will have cost us the following a title (this year), and a shot at a repeat (2006's stupid foul on Dirk). Seriously, win or lose, he has got to retire next season. That or resign at a Goodwill-like price. And I'm not talking about the full price. I'm talking about the price where they sell stuff at bargain AND discount it by 50%.

i want one person to come in here and try to explain to me why manu and pop both shouldn't be blamed for this loss? why can't this mf make a simple pass? 8 fukin turnovers? u know what to expect with him every time

Hahaha this forum actually makes me laugh when I read it.
After last game, "I always believed in Manu when no one else would" "I knew he would come through!" "Manu so clutch!" "He still has it!" "I LOVE Manu!" etc etc etc...
2 days later...
"Fuck Manu! Utter trash"
Make up your damn mind people. You are either with him or not.
Same people whomtrash him will be shouting his name in approval if he comes through in game 7.
Jeez.

As someone who has ripped Manu all playoffs, I can't help but put this on Pop now. It's like hiring a professor at Harvard who was born with down syndrome. Just don't do it don't play him.
PS - still love you Manu, I'm just being a jackass right now.

Better than shooting the ball asap it gets in his fuckin hands Gary god damn Neal.

He showed up last game which was great and unexpected but this is more on Pop for running him out there for 34 minutes despite 8 turnovers and only 9 points. It was the shittiest finish I have seen to a game we should have won, Tony not in the game, Tim not in the game for rebounding, Manu running point a lot of the time...
This game is on Popovich, we expect this from Manu or at least we should, he has more games like this than he does Game 5. He's not coming back next season and that's probably for the best.

Thank you Manu for...missing a free throw to win...five bad passes for turnovers....
And numerous other plays that prove you completely SUCK now. Did Michael Corleone get in your pocket or what?
Also thanks to Tracy Morgan (Gary Neal) for chucking up a three at the start of the shot clock....CLANG...with a ten point lead. Good decision dipstick...
And honorable mention to the dipwad who got the ball back on an offensive rebound....and immediately bricked a three witha fresh shot clock up by eight...ten....twelve...ish.
You guys suck.
I hope Leonard gets traded to a team that wins it. I will shift my loyalty to that one for him. Thanks for screwing him out of a ring Oldobili....

Not really. What do you expect. Manu was basically the sole reason the Spurs aren't lifting a trophy. It sucks, Spurs fans love him, but he has been incredibly bad this series including this game where he literally gave it away...
It's tough to swallow right now and there is a lot of resentment.

Faggot is paid 14 million...is injury prone...and still puts his shit country as the number one priority over this team. Averages 20 ppg for Argentina when he should have been resting his body last summer like Tim.

Love Manu to death. But he is costing us this ring. One good game does not erase 5 bad other ones. It's turn over after turn over after turnover. You don't have to win the game, just don't give it to the other team. The millions watching tv and in the arena know he's gonna turn the ball, except for pop.

At some point you just gotta realize he just doesn't have it anymore. As great as halted in game 5, did anyone watch the last 5 minutes of the game where he almost let the heat back in it by himself with stupid turnovers and fouls?
He may have an impact in game 7, but we wouldn't need a game seven if not for him either.

All of you asshole taking shots at Manu calling him a "pussy" or a "faggot" are pathetic and a disgrace to Spurs fans. GTFO. Yeah his performance sucked tonight, BUT DON'T YOU DARE TAKE PERSONAL SHOTS AT THIS MAN.

Why the fuck do they keep running so much pick and roll with him is beyond me. He can't turn the corner, he can't keep the dribble alive, he gets his passes stolen 50% of the time. Just have him cutting to the basket, isolate him, post him a little and tell him to just stay the fuck out trying the open three and creating on broken plays, that's it.

Look, this is one of those things that changes things forever. If the Spurs go on to lose this series, IMO, it changes the way people look at each other. It changes the way fans look at Manu, the way the team feels about him, Pop and everything else because of the way it's played out.
We should be proud. It's not over yet. But if they lose the series, this is one of those irrevocable things that alters trust unfortunately. The best analogy I can think of is infidelity. Relationships can overcome a great many things, but if you cheat, even if the other person wants to forgive you, you will forever view them differently.

Hard to respect someone that gives 100% effort for a bullshit scam FIBA tournament and not for the team that pays him his salary and for the fans that made him a star.
Manu could still be a valuable asset to a championship team, except he refuses to play within his physical limits. Duncan and Parker have adjusted there games as they have gotten older. Not Manu. He still tries to make plays like he's 25 and he just can't.
I don't understand how hard it is not to turn the ball over! They aren't forced turnovers either. They are forced passes that just aren't even necessary!
Against the heat you can't do that.

bad analogy. Infidelity can be overcome if the sinner is repentant. Sadly, Manu just keeps fuc-ing.....up. No repentance there.

Perhaps, but mostly it's impossible to overcome. What is done can't be done, ect...If you cheat, even if you are "forgiven", there is always an element of mistrust.
