I think they're tracking him. It's weird that there hasn't been a f'ing word in days. No rumors of him anywhere else. That just doesn't happen.
Yeah, the lack of rumors around Kirilenko is just so weird. Spurs have been the only team said to be after him and it was on July 1st. Since that nothing and he is now a top 2 remaining UFA with Monta Ellis....

Ellis was also mentioned as a Spurs target. Has Ellis been rumored to sign anywhere else?

Would not surprise me if we get some AK47 or 'Hey Joe' Ingles news.

Nuggets have been linked with him recently:

For Kirilenko, nothing outside "negative" rumors of Kings not being interested in him and Minny likely not keeping him.

If teams are not RUNNING to sign him them I think there is a good reason.

I think El Nono hit it on the head in an earlier post, if AK-47 wants more years, I don't think he is coming here. The Spurs are clearly giving out two year deals at this time to make cap room for when for 2015. That gives them the flexibility to fully blow it up post-Big 3 or to decide if they can do something with Kawai and whoever else is on the roster post 2015.
I agree. The Spurs will have the ability to completely change the roster, if they choose. Post Big 3 era, the Spurs have set themselves up where it looks like they'll have a ton of cap space which will give them the ability to try and bring in a few top free agents to play with Kawhi Leonard moving forward.
As for Splitter, I'm not a fan of the 4 year deal. He's sure to be a part of the Spurs after the Big 3 era, unless he's traded. It's hard to imagine him as a big part of the future for the Spurs.

Top 3 remaining UFA with Nate Robinson.
That's a knock on Ellis, not top UFA Kirilenko.

I would cut a couple of guards to get nate Robinson. That dude is a playmaker. Ball hog, but a playmaker. Spurs could have used another slasher last season.

That would be nice. I think Nando feels cheated for practically being named backup PG in the second half of the season ,and then ending up in the dog house. Mills is never going to get steady work in San Antonio. I like Joseph. He is solid.

Nuggets will go harder at Ellis or Neal after losing Iguodola.

Wouldn't leaving the NBA be an option for Kirilenko at this point?

I doubt it. He said this in a recent interview:
Do you think there is a chance for your comeback to CSKA?
It is 99 percent that I stay in the NBA. But who knows what may happen. What if none of the 30 NBA teams needs me?

He is waiting for a team to call his agent offering 8 to 9 million per year for 3 or 4 years.

NO one is going to offer him that much money. If someone is really willing to do it, we would have heard something about a team interested in him other than the spurs.

I think that is the main reason he is still unsigned. Maybe nobody is willing to offer him what he thinks he is worth at this point.
