chump you know if you were on the other side of this argument you'd be asking for proof and sources all day.I wouldn't be on the other side of this argument. My self worth isn't dependent on making sure some douchebag who doesn't know me makes it through til he drops out in January.
Pretty sure I had broken the Aggie Honor Code way before Johnny Football was around. So there goes that theory.I am perfectly willing to accept the Aggie Honor Code never meant anything to Aggie.

It's part of a by-law regarding "knowledge of resale". You don't sign 4,500 autographs without knowing they're going to be sold. But it (currently) can't be proven that he accepted any money for it.
12.5.2.2 bylaw

So Dez Bryant has a dinner with someone he wasn't supposed to, admits it, apologizes, gets a whole season ban.
Johnny Manziel gets accused of signing autographs for money, doesn't admit or deny it, instead hires lawyers, gets half a game ban.
I hope everyone following this story has learned a valuable REAL WORLD lesson from this whole thing. Honestly, anyone who called into question Manziel's intellect during this whole ordeal is eating shit now. You can't get mad at the kid, he showed he was smart where it mattered and played the system as it allowed.
It's just like when you get pulled over for suspected drunk driving. Don't fuckin talk, don't blow into breathalyzer, don't do field sobriety test, go to jail and get a lawyer with your phone call...more than likely, unless you were driving like a crazy asshole, you'll get a plea bargain and no DUI since the cops won't have any evidence against you.
I'm glad this whole fuckin thing is over with now. Jesus...

from a football perspective, it is going to be interesting to see how hill plays if he gets the start. certainly makes for a strange game to place a point spread on.

You can say this about sports in general, this is why I will never spend a penny on a sporting event outside of Golf. As much as I love the NBA or college football no way I will support either. I watch or listen to the games for free.
Give me a good high school game or a little league baseball game any day, that is worth the money.
Yall niggas shouldnt take Rice lightly tbh. I know they normally suck but they won a bowl game last year and finished the season on a 5 game winning streak once their QB was completely healthy. They return 19 starters and yall will like that nigga Taylor McHargue...hes pretty good. Theyre my pick to win C-USA tbh.

A golfer will never be over-paid, if he sucks he won't win jack. Golfers have on vested interest in stadiums or holding a fanbase hostage with threats we are going to move to Orlando if you don't build me a new house.
When a golfer wins a major, he won't get a parade or ask for a raise, he will get ready for the next tournament. Golf is a sport where you don't really compete against the other golfers but rather against the course. It's a gentlemen's game, there is no hip hop and no hype, but there are plenty of rich and famous people teeing it up.
When I was a kid I got paid to caddy for George Strait. I once shot a round with Gene Stalling, and I can honestly say, he is a very nice guy.
Golf has given me a hell of a lot over the years, that is why it is better than basketball.
