They have been putting them on sale around the state all summer where they are competing with other chains but not here in SA...

Packer style briskets $1.77 a pound.

Just picked up two really good looking limber ones for the weekend...

Nice stuffed jalepenos there Cosmic. It looks like you put cheese in them, have you ever tried bacon wrapped jalepenos stuffed with peanutbutter? Sounds weird but they are damn good.

Haven't tried that. Does sound a little weird but worth a try.

These were half italian sausage and cheese and the other half pulled pork and cheese. Used a mild longhorn cheese. They were some of those BIG summer jalapenos. Pretty darn tasty.

Those bacon wrapped jalapenos do look good. Never tried pork. Usually ground beef.

Those bacon wraps look amazing and I don't even really like jalaps. I'd love to see the smoke ring on them briskets too.

Who the hell boils a brisket? It ain't rocket science making those jalapenos people. No wonder some of you all think avante is an expert or that CC is anything more than your average griller.

I know this is gonna be pretty sad, but I am pretty grateful. I don't usually look at the brisket because it's more than I can spend, but I will go check it out now.

god damn man no need to be salty. the dude loves grilling and posting shit he grills. always looks good and it gave me something to try next time I grill. I've never done them stuffed with meat AND cheese.

plus a brisket takes dedication.

Corned Beef is boiled, and when it is done right it is fucking amazing. Brisket is a common cut for it.

If you like corned beef you should try the cb & cabbage at Lion and the Rose...they do a good job.

Sheesh! What is wrong with you people? If you don’t think the thread title is something that you would be interested in, don’t click on it.
I wish Avante was here to explain to some of you forum etiquette…:rolleyes
