Western Conference Finals Tickets Question

So I'm planning on going to either Game 1 or 2 of the WCF's, and I've been checking Ticketmaster, the Re-sell NBA website, and StubHub, and for a decent lower level seat I'm looking at anywhere between $250-350 per ticket. Anyone know anyone that may be selling a pair of lower level seats for any game? Or of another website that may be selling them cheaper? :lol

I went ticketmaster and they told me this is a restricted event, only people with texas credit card billing address can buy tickets?

Well I'm from Texas, so no problem there. :lol But yeah last year in the Finals it was restricted to people from the San Antonio area only. I got around that though because I bought from the Re-sell marketplace...

Another question for my fellow Spurs Talkers is this..I need some advice. Should I try and nab some tickets now ASAP or should I wait it out? In other words, if I wait will the prices of tickets go up or down?
