Western Conference Finals Tickets Question

So I'm planning on going to either Game 1 or 2 of the WCF's, and I've been checking Ticketmaster, the Re-sell NBA website, and StubHub, and for a decent lower level seat I'm looking at anywhere between $250-350 per ticket. Anyone know anyone that may be selling a pair of lower level seats for any game? Or of another website that may be selling them cheaper?

I went ticketmaster and they told me this is a restricted event, only people with texas credit card billing address can buy tickets?

Well I'm from Texas, so no problem there. But yeah last year in the Finals it was restricted to people from the San Antonio area only. I got around that though because I bought from the Re-sell marketplace...

Another question for my fellow Spurs Talkers is this..I need some advice. Should I try and nab some tickets now ASAP or should I wait it out? In other words, if I wait will the prices of tickets go up or down?
