I'll be honest, I think parker is sore but I think Pop realizes he is holding em back with his play tonight, add the fact we have a game 7 for Parker to heal up

Fuck that, it's his own goddamn fault playing for France this summer.

...for what, 2 minutes of playing time.

what about if/when we need someone who can attack the paint when the offense sticks?

That's why every game is a must-win in the playoffs.

The summer killed his chance to play at a high level deep into the playoffs.

He has been up all night on baby duties. Baby is best Parker defense ever.

His own fault. Always have to laugh at NBA players on contending teams chasing meaningless FIBA titles during the off-season instead of resting. An NBA championship is the biggest accolade in basketball. Nobody gives a shit about a European title.

Strange attitude towards representing your country. Certainly in Europe, it's seen as an honour. Representing a club is a profession.

I couldn't give a rat's ass about my country when it comes to sports. Olympics can go fuck off.

Certainly in Europe, it's seen as an honour.

For soccer, yes. Europe doesn't give a shit about FIBA though. Ratings are terrible and some countries don't even bother to broadcast the games. The World Cup/European Championship is an important award in soccer(the most prestigious actually). In basketball, it's meaningless.

Representing a club is a profession.

Most people would get fired if they were performing poorly in their job. It's disrespectful of Parker to shit on the tens of thousands of San Antonio fans(the people that pay for his livelihood when they buy Spur tickets) in favor of a minority audience in France who are probably more interested in soccer anyway.

Get well soon Tony. Rest is much needed here. Miami will be a brutal matchup. Lebron is 10x the player Durant is and Wade is much more efficient than Chuckbrook.

nailed it.

Parker would've gone heroball, cost the game and then blamed his hammy or some other ailment. Spurs went for the throat in his absence.

I hope he's healthy because we'll need him, but this team is much bigger than him.
props to lefty for doing the Lord's work.

The OKC doctors have declared him out for the remainder of the playoffs.
