That's exactly what I was thinking when Green had that turnover when passing to Parker. He needs to come to the ball against this Heat team to avoid those turnovers. Same goes for Duncan on the screen and roll. I notice when he and Ginobili run that screen and roll Miami always stays with Ginobili and trap hard. If Ginobili can't make that pass quickly he's in no man's land and Duncan never helps him out. He continues to run away from him rather than come back to the ball and give Ginobili a target and Ginobili is forced to throw a scatter-brained pass.
