What's Manu's diet like these days? If he's got a good diet, and he keeps to it during the off-season and season, I think that will go a long way in helping his body stay strong. To me, nutrition is very important and I think it makes a huge difference in how long you can play at a high level and stay healthy.

A lot of NBA players seem to have shit diets and it's no wonder than they break down early and look like total shit in their early to mid-thirties.
