I never wanted George Hill ahead of Parker, mostly because Hill isn't a real PG, but the Spurs won a title last year with Parker playing mediocre basketball, they can do it again, tbh..

As we're seeing in Chicago, a high-usage PG that has a game based on athleticism/speed and scoring kills his team when he can no longer play at a high level..Parker and Rose actually have similar numbers, this year, and they're both hurting their respective teams with their cancerous brand of basketball..

People seem to forget why Pop had that patronizing "wired" moment with Parker in last year's playoffs..he was praising him for getting out of the way of the rest of the team:lol..

The Rose comparison isn't a great one, but both are seriously underachieving and a hurting their teams at the moment. Parker doesn't take nearly as many shots as Rose does. He is also a better shooter. He's around league average on mid range jumpers and above average on 3's (low volume, high percentage)

Rose plays 2 mpg more but takes 5 more shots per game than Parker (17.1 to 12.1) and shoots 7% worse from the field. He is shooting 31% on mid range jumpers:lmao and only 29% on 3's which account's for 1/3 of his shots.

there are 2 scenarios......either he is still being bothered by the hwmstring injury or his game has deteriorated to some degree. If its his hamstring , thrn he should be coming off the bench in limited minutes until he gets better. But if its not the injury, he needs to adapt his game to the passheavy game that the 2014 champs were playing. He needs to pass yhe ball.

We already knew Parker could be easily be held in check if one or both his wheels were busted. He's a one trick pony that needs speed and quickness to be effective. And I agree the guy has been playing like shit ever since he wrecked his hamstring. I'll reserve judgement on the guy because he is obviously not healthy. I know most of the morons want him gone/traded (same morons that wanted GHill starting over Parker :lol), but the thing is the Spurs won't win if Parker is not playing at his best this year. If Manu and Tim decide to call it quits, I'm all for trading Parker for a pick or a young player. For now he needs to play so he can figure things out, because his play will determine how far this team goes this season.

Since when does a mild hamstring strain aka a day-to-day injury equal a wrecked hamstring? :lol
