is this just a very tight team that feels that an era is about to end so spending time together OR is this carefully being leaked to create a narrative capable of luring potential free agents? Not a conspiracy theorist but I feel that the Spurs have always been tight but I don't recall this much of the what they do after the season is over has ever been 'leaked'. I mean I remember a few twitter pics of everyone doing the frog pose w/ the Silver dancers but nothing like partying caught on TMZ and paintball session pictures. I am an alumni of the University of Alabama, we are characterized as arrogant and entitled but our main recruiting stance is, "come join the dynasty". Auburn University our in state rival, heck our arch rival, they counter punch with the "Auburn family" approach. Those guys are corporate and successful but we really care and are a family. It works well for them. Are the Spurs trying to sell the, here you are family narrative to free agents?

Was a very personable guy and said he is with the Spurs doing a bit of work, he was working out with the deep bench bigs before the game. Obviously he is going ok over there if the main man TD inviting him for paintball.

He was supposed to workout with Tim Grover last off-season, but I don't think he did. Anyone know why?

I read that Kawhi saw him in the crowd before or after one of the finals games against Miami and went up to Tim and told him that he'd like to work with him. Grover said he was surprised Kawhi came up to him as he didn't think Kawhi even knew who he was.

I hope he does work out with him this off-season. Hopefully he can get stronger and more explosive, plus also add a little more stamina on top of it to play harder for longer.
