Hibbert wasn't a good offensive player or rebounder even when he was an all-star, it was Bosh that made his seem like the second coming of Wilt. The small ball phenomena is what killed his career. A major problem with the starting unit is that they are used to a Parker centric offense. Kawhi, Danny, they ain't creating their own offense. They relied on TP.

Now that TP takes a backseat, those guys don't make the best decisions to create. So the way forward is to find ways to create other than through TP's movement. One fantastic way was the interplay of posting and reposting with Mills and Aldridge, and Mills exploited the over-rotation and split the defense for a scoop layup. More of that and the Spurs will have a very potent offense.

The inside out game can be updated and made "beautiful" if guys keep moving and exploit holes and force rotations.
