Forgery can happen where a person's actual signature is used for a purpose that the person didn't intend. Alleging that loan documents were forged doesn't mean that the signature was written by someone other than Duncan.

It's very possible to sign for a loan without being present. Happens all the time. Just cause you get your loans at the payday loan & pawn doesn't mean that's how it works for the rest of us.
