So what bank in the world will give an investor a 6 million dollar loan without the presence of the person requesting the loan? There is no way Charlie Hustle forged this signature and the bank gave the loan without Tim being present...

If you're not going to pink him or lock any of his redundant, meaningless "Tammy is a hahahahaha" threads that appear every hour or so, how do you suggest we regulate his circle-jerking?
The carpetbombing is used judiciously, it only occurs on his re ed spam threads.
Make splits a mod. He knows what the people want.
Kool and Laker s are allowed to post and make threads all day, yet posting images is taking it to far.
I'm sure this isn't the first time you've heard this, but can you at least turn off Kools privledges to PM people? He's posted porn on the forum before, but he pretty consistently spams pornography to a lot of posters.

Forgery can happen where a person's actual signature is used for a purpose that the person didn't intend. Alleging that loan do ents were forged doesn't mean that the signature was written by someone other than Duncan.

Of course, your broke ass will never figure it out. Ever heard of a power of attorney? Yeah, didn't think so... If you need it explained to you, Google it... It's very possible to sign for a loan without being present. Happens all the time. Just cause you get your loans at the payday loan & pawn doesn't mean that's how it works for the rest of us.
