well he played some defense at a great level and got a lot of open looks between 2012-2014. Most good/great shooters can make those looks that he was getting during that time period. Ever since then, he's been mostly trash. he can't even make the open looks consistently anymore, and his defense has gone down the toilet. I'm OK with him not hitting most of his contested threes, but he can't be missing the majority of his wide open looks as consistently as he does. I just want consistency on open looks. A great shooter (like he's supposed to be) knocks down anywhere from 40-45% of those wide open looks consistently. I'd say Green is shooting well under 40% on open looks this year.

I mean, even Mills, although in a slump, when wide open makes those shots a lot more consistently than Green has been.

What was Green's shooting like at North Carolina? 3 point percentage? I'd assume he was an average shooter there?
