This game was amazing. Was it tedious at times? Sure. But it wasn't contrived, and why baseball remains the most dramatically dynamic sport there is. Never know if you're gonna get a 10-9 slugfest that ends in the 9th or a 3-2 18 inning game. Now I wouldn't ask for many more games like this, but it's cool it happened.

To be fair, their high price pitchers almost blew it multiple times over the course of their run (Price was really the only player to live up, which no one could see coming). Their home grown guys and veteran retreads came through with big hits, big defensive plays, and big pitching performances in huge spots.
