Honestly I'm not convinced of that. The Spurs average point differential this year is -3.1. They have gotten their asses handed to them in their two losses and their four wins have all been pretty lucky and could have easily gone the other way. The Lakers' point differential is -0.3 despite being 2-5.

lol, whats so special about those 3. Mitchell looks like a Lou Williams/Jamal Crawford type that can brick you out of the game. Simmons is a Michael Carter Williams vol 2 and good luck to him being a star without being able to make a shot. James Lardon has proved that physical conditioning is overrated in today’s game, for that matter, defense and jumping ability too. If you can dribble and shoot, you’ll get a chance to play. Have playmaking ability and the ability to draw fouls, even better.
Even if he got in in better shape, he still won’t be anywhere near the same athletic class as guys like Giannis or Ben Simmons. Why try? He should continue to improve the things that do separate himself, dribbling, playmaking, shooting.

I wouldn’t say he’s a great defender, but he’s much improved from the start of the season when he was absolutely terrible. He’s a solid man defender, especially against bigger guys, but off the ball he just hunts for steals and loses his man way too much, and his defensive rotations need a lot more work also due to his steal hunting.

Agreed tbh. Over 7 feet you better really do your homework on the guy, and if there’s even the sightest bit of question with his legs/feet holding up long term, you bail out and pick someone else.
I’m hoping THAT nigga Deandre Ayton is the exception to this. So far he has been.

Bullshit :lol Diaw’s biggest Finals moment was getting beat for a rebound by Chris Bosh to lose Game 6 and then the series. David Lee’s Finals moment was rescuing the 2015 Warriors when Steph was choking. Only in the most homerific of SpurFan fever dreams was Diaw ever better than Lee.
Diaw had a pretty huge Game 6 of the 2014 WCF to eliminate the Thunder in OKC. I'd probably put it second on the list of alltime playoff performances from a Spurs role player, behind Robert Horry's Game 5 of the Finals in Detroit and ahead of Bruce Bowen's Game 2 of the 2003 second round when he outplayed Kobe.

Harrison Barnes is probably one of the most selfish players I ever saw. He had Luka wide open on at least 5 possessions and he rather put up a bad shot. And this is not the first game I saw this.

yea. in dallas at least he has a solid team around and they can make the playoffs. In Atlanta, I think he would average like 25/10/6 but their record would be pretty bad.
