The one really inexcusable play was where Beasley & Cooper were both wide open, and Dak manages to throw it exactly in between them and almost got it picked off :lol you can’t give him the keys to the franchise when he’s making throws that bad.

Someone here has been saying that's an awful idea, i don't remember who, but someone

"It was my mom who fired the gun." Gotta love a quote like that. It gets the old brain going. That and chain snatching on the field. Dude is a straight up thug. I hope for a scenario where he almost dies in a fire, but somehow survives only to die of drowning seconds later.

Hated that fucker since 2012 when you guys traded for him.
I hated him since he had what looked like a minor hamstring tweak in the 2012 AFCCG against Baltimore and sat on the sidelines the rest of the game in a warm up jacket while making no effort to stretch it out and come back in. It was almost as bad as LT sitting out the 2007 AFFCG with an injury plenty of people have played on while Phillip Rivers played on a torn ACL.

Then he did the exact same thing a year later in 2013 against Denver but they were probably going to lose that game either way.

Not to mention everything you said about him being a ghetto thug.

Dont really fault him since everyone is doing it, but I call bullshit on recovering that quickly without any PED help.

Kinda splitting hairs but the spread probably would have been good at 7 or 7.5, but I agree that it being less than a touchdown was too low. I’m curious where the public money went, I know Dallas was the underdog but they seemed like a really popular pick.

Where is 5.5 coming from? Game Time? It was 7 yesterday around 4 PM.

There were multiple inexcusable plays. The 3rd and long where Dak had an easy pickup if he just ran the ball. Instead he threw high to Cooper. A second half play where he had an open Gallup and made an awful throw. Then amother second half play where Cooper was wide open but he checked it down to Gathers. He constantly misses Cooper who seems to get open all the time. But Dak won’t make the extra read or hesitates.

I get that all QB make a bad pass or two. But with Dak, it’s constant. And half of them are easy passes.

I think they have to do it with ball control and wearing the other team out, but that’ll mean this shitty ass defense needs to get off the field quickly. If the Chargers go 3 and out on this drive they won’t have to work as hard or dial up so many misdirection plays because the Chargers’ defense will be gassed.

I don't think that should matter. NE are the ultimate home/away split team. If you look at their record they've been Jeckyll and Hyde at home/away this year and it really shows.

The lookahead line was originally -3.5/-4. It's down to -3 +100.

And yes, NE and KC D are vastly different home and away. There's no way this line should be under 3 -110

No, Luck is the 5th best QB in the league (4th until Mahomes came along). But Reid is simply a better and more experienced coach than Reich. Trubisky's coach isn't bad, but the coach that he lost to was better.

Then you have sorry ass nutjobs like Bill O'Brien who can't win a damn thing of significance despite having supreme talent all over the field on both sides of the ball.

I just think, aside from the HFA factor, today's game is just a masterpiece example of how coaching can singlehandedly win or lose big games.

The Chargers have considerably more talent on both sides of the ball than the Patriots, and they're getting shellacked 35-7 at halftime by a team with far less talent... basically 2014 Colts-Pats all over again... how else does this happen aside from a supreme difference in coaching?

Id stay away from it altogether as would pick the Saints if someone held a gun to my head and made me choose.

The common theme with every other game was the visiting team getting overhyped and if the line has moved that much I see it continuing. My rule of thumb on NFL betting is you bet on regression to the mean which imo is the Saints handily winning.

we played a scrub 3rd string qb against them in week 17 who tore their D apart while they had the starters out there the first half.

I said it that this Aints team peaked over a month ago. Me.
Meanwhile, the scrub first-string QB could only put up 9 points against them, even with the defense holding the Saints to 12 :lol

Yeah Ertz didn’t fight for that one at all.

4th and that short, I don't get why you don't just accept the penalty? 3rd and 11 is a favorable situation on defense considering your front 4 and you just got a sack the last 3rd and long.

Eagles CANNOT lose Cox, he's their Aaron Donald but better against the run and slightly less good against the pass but still great.

There's a reason Foles wasn't anything special prior to this latest Eagles stint, NFL success is almost entirely based on scheme, offensive line/supporting cast..

Sure. And it’s why I mentioned this is all in hindsight. But the Cowboys would be a much better team with him imo. You’ve got Gallup and Cooper getting open downfield but Dak rarely takes those shots. Not to mention all the inaccurate short throws.

And just logically, after your QB1 and QB2 go down, it would have made sense to grab a guy with experience instead of throwing the rookie in there with no backup plan. Of course it looked like the right decision because Dak had a great season.

I guess I’m really just bitching because I think the CB are going to be stuck in mediocrity until it’s too late for them to take advantage of the talent they have.
