Houston just needs to burn the tape on that game. Baltimore is definitely better, but they are better than what we saw today. We'll see how they respond on Thursday.

Thursday's much more important. Probably decides the division and who plays January football and who doesn't.

Mugen (https://www.spurstalk.com/forums/member.php?u=15519) we were pretty shitty yesterday, but the bengals shit just smells worse :lol

maxx balled out again, though (he has more sacks on the season than mack :lmao). should be able to beat the jets in NY next week. hope the chargers can do us a solid and take out KC tonight

After that Bengals game, I'm not counting any of the remaining games as automatic Ws.

Crofl at the Bears going all in with that trade when they had Trubisky as QB. Raiders should bet getting a Top 10ish pick, looking at that Chicago schedule and I see maybe 2 more wins tops.

they went all-in following biscuit's rookie season having also picked up allen robinson and having a top 10 defense the year before, and to their credit it almost worked. they were a doinked FG away from winning a playoff game, Nagy was able to scheme trubisky into some success throughout the year, and mack had another DPOY caliber season

but they were also one of the most fortunate teams in the league last season with injuries, and the lack of draft capital makes it hard to sustain.

The amount of turnovers they had was also unsustainable....there was no way that could get replicated this season.

trading multiple high draft picks for the right to pay a player a market-setting deal just doesnt seem like it could possibly be the right move, because you get the worst of both worlds. its why i hate the tunsil deal for houston and ramsey deal for LA as well. i ripped on the chiefs for trading for frank clark even though that was only 1 first rounder...

If the Chargers score a TD here I bet they go for two again tbh like last year

same could be said about Belichick's unit so far this season.

Yeah I don’t disagree....the level their defense is playing at this year is unsustainable.

Although I guess you can say their offense has been below normal so they'll both progress/regress to the mean.

damn chargers couldn't do us a solid

chiefs have a bye this week then get the raiders at home... that's the biggest game of the year

The 1999 Titans (13-3) have the most wins for a Wild Card team?

One of 49ers or Seahawks likely on that path

That year the jags went 14-2 with 2 losses to those titans and then lost to them a third time in the afc title game. Talk about having a team’s number

But you really can't count that era because there were only 6 divisions back then. 13 win wild card in this 8 division era would be absolutely ridiculous and unlikely, even moreso than the 11-5 Matt Cassel Patriots being squeezed out of the playoffs.
