Williams fucked what was a sure TD by simply stop running the route he was suppossed to run. Then was gifted a TD when he stepped out of bounds instead of throwing himself into the goal-line. And then got a garbage time TD when he should have just kneeled to run out the clock. By actually scoring the TD he gave the Niners a better chance of coming back than if he had just kneeled. He didn't deserve MVP. If it wasn't Mahomes, I think Chris Jones could have had it.

people were laughing at this, but there's a brilliance to it. neither watkins nor williams actually make any kind of lateral movement. they spin in place (though watkins also takes a step back), but mahomes shifts to the right. much better to have that kind of disguise/misdirection than just having mahomes obviously moving off the ball with nothing else happening
