I don't think Stevens is the problem by any means. Ainge has been absolutely terrible for several years. He lost Horford for nothing. He could have flipped Hayward for Miles Turner but didn't for some reason, then ultimately replaced him with Evan fucking Fournier. His drafting has been awful. Nasmith, Romeo Langford, and more. Just terrible picks. Imagine Brown and Tatum with guys like Dejounte and Keldon and Walker around them instead.
