This is probably more of the same, Woj seems to be the vehicle for team propaganda trying to dupe someone into trading up while still getting their guy, and when it becomes clear it won't happen the domino pieces fall into place.

I don't think Woj is malicious. Instead he was just ignorant (not meant as an offense), in that the Magic just plain didn't tell him what they were actually planning on doing.
