I felt the Lakers were playing with good confidence, probably taking a cue from Kobe's attitude.

No let down, no let up after last night's excellent W.

Gotta bring it every night. It's March.

The Lakers game is on which SA station? FSN? KRRT? KABB? KENS?

Grandecom's FSN listings are always screwed up, tonight they show college basketball, and sometimes list the Rockets, when they are showing the Spurs.

The Spurs are doomed. Oh no. If the NBA schedules a playoff series with the first four games in five nights, the Spurs might be 2-2.

Take a freaking Xanax.

If it makes you feel any better, the Spurs following this game probably are going to win like 16 or 17 out of 20, presuming Dallas doesn't stumble to the finish and allow the Spurs to rest the last game or two.

Great defensive team! Your team is letting the faker's shoot 50%. Our team is not healthy so you could beat up on us but where is this great defense you all talk about. Don't try to use the excuse that they are tired after last night's game. We have major injuries and Marion and Tim Thomas played with the flu while Barbosa was at the hospital and Nash has a sprained ankle, while Kurt Thomas is out with a stress fracture in his foot and James Jones is playing with turf toe and Amare has been out all season. So basically you played a very undermanned team and you surely did not play our starters. You will probably win this game but either your team doesn't play defense as well as you think or they have no heart!

Losing by 18 at home to a team that's barely above 500 is simply pathetic no matter what the circumstances. On top of struggling with his shot Tim is getting no respect from the refs again. Tony isn't scoring or dishing. It seems like, as usual, Manu and Pop iare the only ones who gives a shit on back to backs.

Yes, some of your Spur fans hate on the Suns. Just funny to see your basically healthy team losing to the Faker's. Some of you say the Sun's don't play defense but they are rated higher than you think. I would like to see your team without either Parker or Duncan and see how well they would do. Nash is the engine of our team and Amare is a very important part of our team and we aren't doing that badly this year considering we basically have a whole new team. Marion, Diaw and Bell were our only starters last night with Marion trying to get over the flu. So put your team in that position and you might get beat that badly also. You are supposed to be the champions after all so no excuses for tonight or against the Clippers. The bar has been set higher for your team than ours. No one thought we would be above .500 this year yet we are the fourth best team in the league. I am not a hater just a realist. We probably won't beat you this year but if Amare comes back healthy next year we have a very good chance.

how can you say that we are basically healthy? Duncan is playing with Plantar Fasciitis and we all know it's not going away. Manu is still recovering from his injuries which is the reason for his hesitance in finishing above the rim. NVE has a bad elbow.

Without Parker or Duncan, we still have Manu, who is capable of carrying the team on his back. We have Finley and we have Horry, who is probably the most clutch shooter come playoff time. No, we won't win the championship without Timmy and Tony.

And yes, we have Pop.

NO, you will not beat us this year. It is so entertaining to see other teams the Spurs have crushed log in to gloat over one game ( a back to back, 4th game in 5 days) . We shut down Nash every time we play the Scums. Stick around my silly friend and see how the season ends. We rag on our Spurs cuz they are simply SO FAR above the rest of the league, we expect perfection, but they are human.

Let's see, a blowout loss to the Clip joint, an un-impressive win against a team that doesn't play defense without it's best player, and a blowout loss at home.

Tired or not, as a professional NBA team, that is inexcusable.

The Spurs just don't have an edge or swagger about them.

Maybe they'll be back in 2007.

Still, Spurs will probly record a franchise high in victories this year and be favorites to win the finals.

guess what? we have to lose. its inevitable.

but, if arkansas beats florida and erases the 4 pts they trail by, everything will be gravy.

The SPurs did get worked over on the schedule this year. There really is no arguing it. The defending Champs playing on the road on every holiday? B2B's galore. Rodeo road trip cross country and back and back. I know we have the Rodeo Road Trip every year but this year we went west coast to east coast and back, harsh.

Anyway, the Spurs will pull it together the last month of the season when 70% of the games are at home.

The B2B loses are starting to get annoying. I'm sure it's tough but these are proffesional athletes and you would think the Spurs would bring a little more energy than they do. Is Tim the main reason or are the Spurs just too old?

age is a huge factor for sure. the spurs might be the oldest team in the league. all this talk of a "dynasty" is a joke since spurs can't even defend their title once much less 3 times. i just hope dallas drops another one soon. i'm still waiting for that "spurs peak in march" bullshit theory (sigh)

Dude, shut the fuck up. Go follow another team if you're going to cry like a bitch about a loss to LA during the regular season. If you haven't noticed, Detroit hasn't been playing well and you don't see their fans acting like pussies.

Your right these are the dog days before teams like The Spurs and Pistons turn it up for the playoffs....
