Today, some would call him lazy, or fat.

At a doughnut shop, I saw a boy, who lost a game a day ago, what a shame.
Some would say it is lame.

They won that night.
That's when it started.

But that girl, who saw a boy in a hat,
Saw a rat.

She let out a scream.
She could not let it win!

The only thing that kept the scream in,
Was the off chance, that perhaps...

Tim Duncan would come in!
The team did win.

Time would tell ... that the team would wants some doughnuts...
But nuts!

The girl would never see the boy in a hat you all call fat.
Too bad for you... you dumb girl ... you stuck it out ... through a rat ... for a boy in a hat who they all call fat.

That was fun. Even if I don't get tickets.

I didn't say anything about your attendance figures. I said most of today's current Spurs fans didn't give two shits before 1999. The people filling up the Alamodome/ HemisFair Arena way back then account for a ridiculously small portion of the current fanbase.

And regardless, spurs had some pretty decent playoff teams pre 1999. Mavs didn't. Most people don't care to pay money and waste their time going to see a team that is that horrible. Quit acting so surprised by it. People are allowed to start rooting for a team whenever they feel like it.
