maybe Brent will hear him, and decide to grow a pair and start playing again.

Pisses me off that thats what it takes to make him play worth a shit.

randolph + pryzbilla is a good tandem. joel doesnt need (or want) the ball and can block anything getting by randolph. if they only still had shareef theyd be good.

And dare I say it? Is Manu really going to play at the 05 level (perhaps even better) for an extended period of time? I've been a huge doubter that he'd be able to do it, but he's been doing it for a good while now. I may become a believer.

LJ was right when they were going after him in the summer of 04.

He can't play well for a champion contending team.

He proved it in Miami, and hes proving it here again.

But whatever, continue to think hes gonna somehow start being clutch.Man, you're the king parrot. I never said he was going to be clutch, yet because you're only argument against Barry is one that other posters make for you thats what you have to say.

Remember this discussion started with you bagging on Barry's shooting. You complained about him missing a wide open 3 by insinuating he had no chance to make it, and then you complained about him airballing a shot he had to basicaly chuck because of the clock winding down. At no point did anyone in this thread say anything about Barry being clutch.

You then proceeded to talk about how Barry's shooting was a fluke, but yet remember no one ever said anything about him being clutch. Barry's shooting well this year and thats not a problem. The problem with Barry stems from rebounding and defense, not with shooting.

Marcus Bryant
01-09-2007, 08:47 PM
Shit man maybe Pop needs to start resting starters. Or maybe TD needs to pull that old Shaq bullshit and come down with a midseason Athlete's Foot case that forces him to miss 10 games. Maybe Finley too.

BS, we havent heard anything like that. Pop is just being stupid in not playing him.

Fin dog makes another.
You haven't heard what? Williams causing some problems in Toronto last year??? Him bitching about being away from his kid? Do a damn google search or just look on the Toronto Sun or Star.

I don't understand why Barry isn't played as the backup PG and Finley given the 2/3 minutes. I think both players would benefit and we'd sure as hell benefit by not playing Beno.

Speaking of Barry...

That is way too logical of a solution for the Spurs rotation. That's why they don't do it.

It's far more illogical to keep bitching about beno, yet playing him anyway when a more logical solution is at hand. Illogical is the Spurs' way

Eh.

the summer of 94 was darker, cause i remember after them getting bounced by Utah in the first the organization as at a seriously big crossroads.

I remember the call in shows debating whether to trade Robinson and rebuild, Rodman the worst trade in franchise history, with wich I agree, and other things.

96 97 wasn't bad for the obvious reason. It was just a fluke year where everyone got hurt.

It just happened to land em the best PF to ever play. :lol
