The piston's lack of foot speed is showing. TP's tempo in the first quarter set everything up and he feed Elson easy buckets in transition time and time again. Getting easy shots more than anything else is probably why other parts of Elson's game are so good. He defended Sheed well, got REBOUNDs and steals. Elson is the player of the game so far.

Spurs are doing a good job of shutting down the interior, and we're shooting 39%. Elson is dominating the boards (15 so far). Webber has been a huge liability defensively. Parker is doing a great job controlling the tempo of their offense. Our bench has had very little production as of yet.

We just look sloppy and frustrated because shots aren't falling.
