tony owns the pistons with out ben wallace
I know that having a game thread in the Pistons section is a lost cause, so I won't even attempt it. I'll just start one over here.
Lets get this thing started. The Pistons are coming into this 2005 NBA Finals rematch on a 7 game winning streak. The addition of C-Webb has really turned things around for them.
May the best team (Detroit) win!

The Pistons beat the Spurs azz twice last year ... and that was back when the Spurs used to be good. On the second night of a back-to-back, against a team playing in the honeymoon mode of having a new starter ... it doesn't look good.
I'd be stunned if the Spurs won.
spurs know this road trip has sucked
I think they will get up (atleast hope) and go into the allstar break with a w
the Pistons.
wow I thought spur fans liked piston fan
Spur fan gets PWN3D again in his own forum.![]()
My pessimistic self says Spurs by 8.
spurs know spurs are trying to do a trade they better come out and prove they do not need to do another trade
No Ben Wallace = a good chance for a Spurs win.
Webber is Duncan's daddy!
...and then wakes up for Corn Flakes.
Duncan >Webber.
but Detroit has more reliable supporting cast playing consistently in the last few games than Duncan's crew.
Better play better and help Timmy this time Spurs ...
You can do it!!!![]()
pistons by 7. usual spurs collapse at the end.
...thats how you call 'em. very nice.
Bend over Spurs!
You're gonna get an ASS whooping!!!
take your reverse psychology out behind the shed!
That sounds realistic.
I haven't really gotten a chance to see much of Detroit with C-Webb, so it'll be interesting.
Too bad C-Webb is past his prime. A combination of a young C-Webb and Rasheed would have been something that no team in the NBA, no matter how inept, could have screwed up.
I don't know, Flip Saunders is still flip Saunders
kind of early but hey its a back to back. The psitons are not the injury riddled, sloppy nets we beat tonight. one thing i guarantee is that you will not see Beno playing for more than 3 mins at the end. vBookie?
Horry better be rested, because I think Webber is going to eat Elson alive!
I also look for Rip to get alot of easy baskets cutting to the hole w/ a Webber dish.
Chauncey will have 11 assists and only 1 TO.
Sheed will be Sheed, and get his 15th Tech.
I'll always have respect for the Pistons cuz of 05, but tomorrow, Detroit.![]()
