2 ways the Spurs win this game. If they continue playing the same way then they can win by getting hot from the outside. If those 3s start falling then they'll definetly take control of the game.

However, the better approach would be to start taking it to the rim and trying to get more scores down low. It would both slow the game down a bit and allow them to get to the free throw line more. The officiating hasn't been great, but really its nothing that you don't see at some point in the playoffs. You just have to play through it.

To the Spurs credit - they've bitched very little about the refs and to the refs in this series. They are losing sight of that a bit this game, but not really all that much. Its just that we're so used to seeing them complain that they already have that rep and have very little leeway inregards to whining.

Please. When your the best player in the freakin league you find a way to make an impact. So far Duncan has sucked other than having 4 assists. He isn't making an impact on defense either. They have got to regain control of the pace and must rebound better. When their defense clamped down, they managed to get control of their offense. If they settle, recognize that they aren't getting help from the refs, and focus on D, the offense will come.

If they continue to dick around and force their shots or jack up bad shots and allow Nene and Camby and co to dominate the rebounds they will lose.

It's pretty simple. Take control and dominate. Stop playing as if this game didn't matter. It does. Every game matters. Go back up 2 instead of tied. It's a much better place to be. Defense starts offense but that goes both ways. When you put up tough shots and miss them you make it easier for the opposing offense to get into a rythmn. Thats why basketball is a game of runs. Spurs play well on D and go on a run, The Spurs make bad offensive decisiions and play bad offense and the Nuggets get the lead back and go on a run. You have to control both sides of the court in order to go on a run in this game.
