Sooo, all one needs to do to get away with murder in this stupid fucking country is show some of the kinky things your husband is into, claim he beat you alot, shoot him in the face and the courts will fall to their knees in forgiveness.

Emotion rather than logic and what actually happened plays a large role in the courts. If someone is on trial for murder, unless it was out of self defense, it shouldn't matter why - they murdered someone, plain and simple. Too many people take the insanity plea or claim abuse that it's practically absurd at how often it's used in court. Justice system my ass. This lady should be locked up for way longer than 3 years.
