With as much media exposure and unbelievable hype as he's gotten, it's virtually impossible for him to NOT be overrated. And the blame falls squarely on HIS shoulders. He not only accepted the label of "next great one", he embraced it.

I don't dislike LeBron, but I certainly think he's overrated.

I think he is over hyped, not overrated. Jordan never did anything his first few years in the league. It just got to be to much for Lebron, you aren't gonna be the spurs in the nba finals when you are the only decent player on your team. its not about shaqs numbers, its about how he occupies so much space and the team is focused on him because its so easy for him to score. Look at what Miami did as soon as dwade got hurt, they played well, then as soon as he comes back they get swept. If you wanna talk overrated lets talk him.
