He's an excellent teammate.
He is very overrated because he is NEVER consistant. Yeah he can go out and get you 40 points but the next game he'll only have like 25.
Yea, just like Jason Kidd is. Like Kidd, I think Lebron would be awesome if he had teamates who could score, because he can't carry the load like some other guys can (i.e. Kobe, Tmac,)
Lebron is the king...as I've been told by the media. He's still very young and will get more mature. I don't see his stats going up too much, but I do see his execution and effeciency move northwards.

With as much media exposure and unbelievable hype as he's gotten, it's virtually impossible for him to NOT be overrated. And the blame falls squarely on HIS shoulders. He not only accepted the label of "next great one", he embraced it.
I don't dislike LeBron, but I certainly think he's overrated.

I think he is over hyped, not overrated. Jordan never did anything his first few years in the league. It just got to be to much for Lebron, you aren't gonna be the spurs in the nba finals when you are the only decent player on your team. The cavs are garbage outside of lebron, they have dumbass players like Varejo who constantly make bonehead plays.
Tmac?? the only time Tmac carries the load is when he gets to the playoffs and s his pants.
If Lebron had the most dominant center in 20 years, the best 3pt shooter in the league, one of the best shotblockers in recent memory and a whole bunch of veterans, he would have a le by now.

its not about shaqs numbers, its about how he occupies so much space and the team is focused on him because its so easy for him to score. Look at what Miami did as soon as dwade got hurt, they played well, then as soon as he comes back they get swept. If you wanna talk overrated lets talk him.
