You need a book that will put you to sleep fast?

I mean, for real.... technical books are by default mundane to begin with but the best technical writers
realize this and compensate with humor at the very least to try and keep you going. But this guy is about
as flat as they come.

That's what the boss does. And it only takes him about 15 seconds once he finally gets it up.

It always helps me if I change my environment. Move to a different bed or a sofa, floor, whatever.

You will hallucinate a bit but you'll go to sleep for sure, right after you see satan standing next to your bed.

It's not booze dude. Put it on a rag, put it up to your mouth and nose, and you'll pass out.

E20 is just being a drama queen! I bet he doesn't even have a job. Look at the Troll forum, he posts 24/7.

I'm really surprised that E20 isn't passed out by now. I figured he'd be tired of riding Norcal's penis all day and night.

It's my day off. I usually fucking relax and sleep all day................I'm not saying I work 24/7. I work 5 days a week 32 hours total. My other day off I usually see if any friends are available to hang out with, but that's it.............My summer has BEEN GAY and BORING.......GOD............and I start College in 2 weeks.........

This can actually keep you awake longer as exercise energizes a lot of people. It's better for your sleep schedule to do cardio-type exercise early in the day.
As someone who has dealt with really bad insomnia on and off for several years, I've found that the things that work best for me are reading a boring book and drinking some herbal tea (the Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Tea is really good for this). I did biofeedback therapy for my insomnia and anxiety several years ago and have some muscle relaxation tapes from that which also do wonders for getting me to sleep, so if you think some tape-hypnotherapy might be a viable option for you then you could do that.
Use medication carefully and sparingly. Sometimes the only thing that will get me back on a schedule is a night with my dear friend Ambien, but that happens a max of once a month.

The internet is the most common cause of insomnia. So many sites, so little time.

.
A valid point. Usually if I can't sleep it is because I am wound up from the stresses of the day and need to walk it off.
You tea suggestion was a good one. Also eating oatmeal, like a cookie, I have heard helps you sleep.
