I'd say Manu, Horry and Duncan have the highest IQ's on the court.

Timmy seems to be a bright guy off the court and is a great example for youth, finishing his degree, also he has some pretty nerdy things going for him (D&D, Renaissance fairs) and nerd's are not dumb.

Manu seems fairly smart off the court from the articles he writes, he gives pretty smart/shrewd answers to OT basketball questions, and he said he would have been an accountant if he wasn't playing basketball.

Timmy's probably the wisest on the court though, because Horry and Manu make some low-IQ plays occasionally when they're gambling, and Timmy plays by the book better.

i'd go with duncan. Duncan plays like he's memorized the book on the fundamentals of playing bball. manu? he's got a high basketball IQ, but it is sometimes not evident because he let's his basketball instinct take over. for most of the games, manu's instinct is beneficial to the team's unpredictability. even manu can't predict what he's gonna do next. All other spurs players have an above average basketball IQ, it's a prerequisite for a spurs player.
