Duncan by far
smartest spur? I say it's between Manu and Bowen and i'll go with Manu.
smartest o smartass?
Smart= Tim Duncan
Smartass= Robert Horry
Manu is probably the best in an interview.
What did TD graduate Wake with?
I'd say Tim for the entire league without bias...
Manu is not very smart.

On and off the court.
he has a degree in phsycology
^ i know i was being a smartass
I'd say Manu, Horry and Duncan have the highest IQ's on the court.
Timmy seems to be a bright guy off the court and is a great example for youth, finishing his degree, also he has some pretty nerdy things going for him (D&D, Renaissance fairs) and nerd's are not dumb.
Manu seems fairly smart off the court from the articles he writes, he gives pretty smart/shrewd answers to OT basketball questions, and he said he would have been an accountant if he wasn't playing basketball.
Timmy's probably the wisest on the court though, because Horry and Manu make some low-IQ plays occasionally when they're gambling, and Timmy plays by the book better.
Book smart?
Bonner and Vaughn were valedictorians, I believe. But Tim is damn smart.
Basketball IQ's - Duncan and Horry.
I know, off the court, the Spurs team all seem like pretty bright guys compared to like other athletes, like Bowen seems pretty articulate and cool.
Timmy's a basketball genius though.
Yeah Bonner was a valedictorian. So was Vaughn. Duncan graduated Wake Forest in physchology.
If a Spur coach counted, Pop graduated in Russian something or other and reads russian literature. Say what you will but Pop outside of basketball is a pretty damn smart guy.
Probably the smartest team in the league really.
Spelling Bee Finals during halftime?
Word Knowledge during halftime?
hahaha goo sporks
B.A. in Soviet Studies from the Air Force Academy 1970.
Smartsucks will goes to Miky, right?
Sorry I'm late to the party.
I say Duncan, but he's the one I know the most about so it's biased.
I've read/seen every interview with him I can find, I've only heard the rest of the team in passing.
And I think it's in all ways, Basketball IQ, book smarts, and smart ass.
He's quick witted, articulate. And yes, brilliant on the court.
Oh...And he skipped 3rd grade.![]()
I' do go with Horry.
