Very simply, this series was an archetype of a victorious Spurs playoff series. We had:
1. a game won with incredible events - game 1.
2. two games won from behind with guts and 4th quarter execution - game 2, 5
3. a blowout - game 3.
4. a blowout against us - game 4.
It may just be just my instinct, but this series seems to mirror the way the Spurs often win in the playoffs. Occasionally, we win in a series full of close games (2007 Finals, 2007 1st round vs Nuggets, 2003 1st round vs Suns), or we win going away from the opposition (2007 vs Jazz), but it seems like Spurs series wins often follow a similar pattern as above...
...or maybe I'm just happy and hallucinating! :rollin :lmao
