In addition to those games...I'd be willing to bet that Drob and Gervin both had a few 49 point games as well...I am certain Gervin did.


But I am about 99% that Gervin is the only guard to have scored more than Manu in a game...I know Robertson never got 48 with the Spurs, Moore either.

I don't know about Silas though, he was before my time pretty much...he might be the only other guard to have scored that many.

Besides...he's one guy I don't have to bother looking to see if he's on that list.:) I think Devin Brown has already beaten his best...which is a big weapon on my side in the endless debate of whether Duncan or Robinson had a better supporting cast at the guard spots...and this is a very longstanding, heated and much contested argument here in Spursville.
