I wonder what your face looked like in game 4 of 08 finals TBH! I am sure you were not very chippy and nearly in tears that night! Bottom line is we all go through a moment as fans that blows our whole year, this was the Spurs. I wish we had the thread to that game 4 too as well to post it. Kobe might have tied Jordan at 6 if they won that game!

That was Game 4 and the Lakers never led that series, much less having a stranglehold on the le

tbh it reads better at first if you start with page 61, then go directly to page 73...The joyful tears turn to tears of rage in a matter of minutes--it's unlike anything I've ever seen.

It's just the Internet and it's just a basketball game involving players that don't give a about us, but damn, that thread is actually tough to read, emotionally draining, tbh..

Who cares they win that game 4 they probably go up 3-2 as they won the next game and probably win the le! Either or it's a loss in the finals for both our teams and a game that had to blow your night! Game 6 pissed me off beyond belief and I went to bed after that, over it now pretty much and you bringing it up daily will not bother me personally. You can sugar coat your game 4 all you want, but that huge blown lead at home was epic and lost the series basically.

Here you go. I did the same and predicted Memphis in 6 so I can be laughed at just as much.

i wasn't nearly as bummed after game 7 as i was after 6. no lies, after game 7, i was kinda smiling stupidly because it was the first time it actually hit me that the big 3 era is coming to an end, and i was more appreciative than anything.

i don't think i spoke a word the night of 6 though. i just got home, was on the computer for a while, and thats about it

Good man here...not deflecting or hiding the truth. 6 must've felt like a hometown 9/11

anybody who said it didn't bother them would be lying through their ing teeth.

i dont know any spurfans outside of ST, and it was in the bag to the point where all my lakerfan buddies who i was watchin the game with were patting me on the back, and i was getting congrats texts from others

it was a while ago though, and it only really bothers me when i watch the replay of the game. i still have all the finals games on my dvr. it is what it is, but like i said, after the series was over i was more appreciative of the big 3 than anything
