I'd say he definitely shoots the ball correctly. he's made enough shots to be a legit guard in the NBA

I know what you're saying. not a traditional release, but people make such a big deal out of different looking shots. lots of great shooters have unorthodox releases. I guess I'm empathizing with Martin here. I'm a good shooter with a funny release
