culburn has a few ymca les under his belt bro.
claim that their championships make is so they know more than Mavs and Suns fans, I must say that I'm impressed with the NBA championship(s) you have won. If you don't mind, could all of you tell me what year you won it, and what your jersey number was (or if you were on the coaching staff). I'm sorry, I'm just amazed at how lucky I am to be posting on a message board with so many NBA champions.
Just cause he molested a few kids on the YMCA team doesn't make him a part of the team.
Finally a thread where Mav and Suns fans can unite in an attempt to make them feel their teams are relevant.
dirk i just wanted to let you know you're my new favorite all time poster after what you said about CBF's "little locks"![]()
Mavs_man I just wanted to let you know that I now consider you the gayest poster of all time aftert the comment you just made.
This isn't a thread about gay posters......in all of our arguments DAF, you managed to not talk about rings, so this doesn't apply to you.
C'mon, why is it so hard to answer this question, if I had a championship, I'd want to tell people about it, don't be shy, I'm impressed!!!
4 rings, got.
17 rings, got.
oh, by the way, the mavs have a ring. but i see where you're coming from DoK. I shall not bring up any more mention of that one ring
actually, barring dirk's injury in 03 and kerr's fluke shots, the crooked 2006 finals, and golden state hitting those one legged bearded fade away threes from half court the mavs actually have 3 rings. but i won't make mention of those other 2 either
Whether you choose to accept it or not, when you watch a ty team the majority of the time, especially when you follow one religiously, you have a distorted view of basketball, and less total knowledge than those who religiously watch teams that win.
This has been talked about ad nauseum. It is human nature to associate with teams you root for and refer to them as your team. The team is an extension of the community. I refer to LA as my city. Do I have to be an employee of the city to do so? Fans have a direct impact on the team they support both emotionally and finiancally. I think refering to the team you root for and support by using words such as "my", "we", or "our" is common and perfectly acceptable. It's what being a fan is all about.
That being said, I can completely see why Mav's or Sun's fans wouldn't want that personal connection with their respective teams. It's very difficult to associate with losers.
Good thing I know I don't follow a " ty" team since my team has beaten the "4 time champs got" spurs 2 times in 4 years
@ all the gots trying to justify feeling all proud and good about themselves for what someone else accomplished
lakaluva riding someone's nuts 8 seconds to glory style when someone comes to back his argument up. Who would've guessed?

Totally awesome come back bro! I don't think he saw that one coming at all!
enjoy your custom made gift wrapped championship. whenever we get our gasol trade i'll be sure to nut all over your face
"Religiously" watching a team isn't jumping on the bandwagon once the team lucks into the first overall pick.
DOK is the founder of the playa haters ball.
