Has anyone else experienced this ing bull ? I just ordered UberEats and the delivery is going to take a half hour because some poor ghetto on her bike was selected as the driver. I would have just gone to pick it up myself over waiting for her to complete a 5 mile long bike ride.
I get this from time to time when ordering Chinese. Now thankfully they're not all that far away but too long for a casual walk.
Even still sometimes I would get the food and it's all sweaty because the heat has nowhere to go.
Cant imagine what a 3-4 mile trip on a bike would do to your food.
Yup I ordered a jamba juice a long time ago when I was moving and it arrived half empty and the small size, with juice spilled all over the side n . Learned my lesson quick
Yeah, probably get to you all soggy and , shaking around on the back of a bicycle in this heat.![]()
never experienced that, but I've seen some that are listed as bikes, but driving cars to avoid insurance problems..
Pretty sure its to avoid insurance.
it was Jersey Mike’s. By the time it got to me, the oils/vinegar they use made the bread soggy as .
lazy millennials and their obsessive love for take-out and delivery
just cook your own goddamn food or go to the restaurant and eat the food there like a decent human being next time.
That's in no way relevant. I felt lazy and paid extra for a service to have my meal delivered. I didn't get the service I paid for, plain and simple.
Sorry that you're BB&B paycheck doesn't allow for the simple luxuries of having food delivered when you don't feel like cooking or going out.
You have never called in for Pizza when a bunch of folks want to stay for a game or movie?
BS...
off bro.
You telling me you never had lazy weekends?
Don't tell me you and your fatass wife have never ordered take-out before. GTFO with that bull .
What's to stop these guys from eating French fries tho
Can’t recall a time where I was not disappointed with the decision to order delivery
Cold mushy
I go fetch
Seems like there would be some cases where a bike would be faster then a car.
Urban. Or even semi spread out areas with a bunch of annoying stop lights.
Seems like a good biker could ride and maneuver faster, or at least as fast as a car.
Yeah be like the Gen Xers and boomers who go out to a restaurant and sit and stare at their phones without talking with the people around them.
Boomers' idea of being a 'normal human being' is posting racist memes on facebook, eating overpriced garbage at Cheesecake Factory and yelling at Alexa to play their crappy 70s music.
Yeah in ing New York City sure, but not a 5 mile bike ride in Dallas, 3 miles of which would be freeway driving with no lights if you had a car.

What a waste
How old is this 'messiah' bootstrapper? Boomers invented hippies and Gen Xers spent 20 years glorifying slackerdom with their cheesy rom com movies and sitcoms. Where is this notion that your people ever had a work ethic?
Nope, and after she gets this brain surgery she'll be back to fit and no more insulin shots within a few months, else I'll proceed with the divorce docs, already got that locked up
She's always cooked since we were first together/married in 2016. We never eat fast food and we'll go out to eat together like, 5 times per year.
To be honest though in DFW specifically there are some places where you have to take back roads to avoid tolls.
But riding a bike would never be faster, even assuming there's consistent sidewalks (which there usually isn't around here because it's car-centric)... not to mention the commotion from the bike would always ruin the food, especially in this heat, unless it's like bags of chips or something.
25 year old Millennial, I was the kid who always liked to go out and eat and just enjoy the ambiance, the service, and the experience of eating there. Why would I ever need to have my phone out? It stays square in my pocket from service to consumption of the food. No food grime on my phone, sir. After I eat I usually just finish my drink (if I have one that isn't water), fill it up a few times and drink more, wash my hands, pee, wash my hands some more, then leave.
Generally it would be something like Subway or chinese (HS) or Chicken Express, Chipotle, Pita Pit, chinese (college) and I'd have already paid cash at purchase but the few times I went to Olive Garden, Red Lobster etc in college I still paid cash at the tab. Never, ever, let your credit or debit card in the hands of a restaurant server (not to mention BoH wage slave immigrants looking for anything to steal).
You mean these paychecks?
And by the way, women love men than can cook and properly handle and season food better than those who got nothing but takeout/delivery sandwiches, pizza and fried chicken their whole adult life.
