It has to be DD, because he's off contract. I think the Hornets are the most likely destination if they're after a 1st rounder: they've got Batum's contract with another year which would guarantee a 1st rounder & possibly a 2nd rounder as well. They've also got Marvin Williams, Kidd-Gilchrist & Biyombo's expiring to match salaries if they want to give up a 1st for DD.
Belinelli doesn't need to be traded. He just needs to go to the bench. Pop has presumably tried playing him in an effort to up his trade value, but there's no way he's considered a positive asset by other teams. Unless he's used as a salary filler in a bigger trade, I don't see a need to move him - unlike DD or LMA, who actively hurt the team as their "star" status guarantees them touches and minutes. Just gotta get through Pop's thick ing skull that Marco is washed up...
Agree with this pretty much, but LMA is ahead of Gay for me. Trade everything. I'd keep Mills over Gay if we keep a "veteran" for the room. Also, because Mills' contract is trash.
It all depends on style of play. I don't even think this team is bad, it's just that Forbes and Belinelli should not get any minutes and this team would be fine.

LMA. Seriously. It’s a win win. He has more trade value currently AND he is probably less happy with San Antonio right now. He’s not pouting on the sidelines but you can see it in his effort on the court. He doesn’t wanna be here. At least Derozan is still giving effort, albeit little actual results

Teams don't usually trade players at the same position. That's why you trade LMA and Dumbmar at the same time. You trade Dumbmar for a serviceable big and LMA for a decent 3 and D SF.

If the team wants mediocrity, contending for a low playoff spot, you trade Forbes and/or Beli and get rid of the redundancy in the guard rotation and get a legit SF/PF type.
If the team blows it up, trade both Demar and LMA.
Ideally, I wouldn’t care if most of the players and Pop especially were traded or retired tomorrow morning
outside of lonnie/white and walker there isnt much on this current roster worth an actual fck
I like Jakob, but he definitely isn’t untouchable and his game doesn’t fit today’s NBA. And I want to see if Luka develops into anything special, but we know he’s getting the “get over yourself” treatment until his 3rd year at least like Pop has done with Lonnie. So yeah for sure, it’s a roster full of loser or has been vets, and all of them are in the rotation to top it off.

This franchise would be better off if the nba treated them like an expansion team in the offseason and let them do an expansion draft. That’s how bad this roster is.
everyone on this team is tradable. Would prefer to keep white/Walker/Murray but understand that we’ll have to attach them in trades in order to get rid of the others. At first I didn’t want to do that but I don’t care anymore.
Can we trade Pop for a first? LIke DOC?
