Obstruction of justice has three tests it needs to meet. Trump met all three multiple times in attempting to impede the Mueller investigation, as outlined in the mueller report. Did her actions meet those three tests? How do you know?
I know of a few things that would qualify from the people who actually HAVE jobs running our government, but you don't care about any of that.

The FBI arrives at an alleged crime scene- makes a copy of the entirety of electronic devices - eliminating the need to confiscate every device
only a cultist believes the fantasy that the drives still needed to be destroyed or “bleached” as the conspiri s parrot over and over
the FBI is not so incompetent that they would leave a crime scene and allow criminals to be able to destroy evidence
and if something escaped this procedure - the DOJ should have/would have indicted criminals for obstruction and then there would be evidence and charges resulting
but so far ZERO
