Per OrangeBloods, Texas will be showing a four-man front on defense in the Alamo Bowl next week.
Also, WR Collin Johnson is practicing at full speed and should be ready to go.
And OU still sucks!
Today is one of those rare days I wish I had more friends who are OU fans.
This is such a beautiful beat down.
I love it.
Oh say it aint so.
By aggie SEC logic we should be rooting Big 12?
In basically one game.
Against Utah.
Which I dont feel good about.
Here are some great gems from the SoonerPoop:
"Defense - Smoke and mirrors"
"We have the smartest dumb coach around..."
"Start moving on"
"No Gameplan?"
"UT almost beat LSU"
"Entire secondary has to go"
"Remember when we wanted LSU?"
"I've beat off twice today"
"We are garbage"
"SEC is overrated"
"Worst defensive performance in bowl history"
"I feel sorry for the OU fans that paid money to go to the game"
and my favorite"
"This is a program killing game"
Best part of that game was not having to constantly listen to that damn fight song. That song grates on my nerves !!!
OU was vastly overrated this season. We were poor this year, and we almost beat them. Baylor is a decent team, almost beat them twice. They got destroyed by KSU, who we beat. Their D-fence was a open gate. In the pile of chicken that was the Big 12, they were the blckspeck on top.....so while atop the pile of , they are still themselves. O Who, O Poo, That's who!
yes got the matchup I wanted of the playoff contenders. LSU versus Clemson. Rooting on Clemson.
Lawrence reminds me of Peyton Manning. That pass for 2 points towards the end of the game was amazing !
except Lawrence is extremely athletic, more than Peyton imo. Agree that pass and several other plays of his were off the charts
I said this last year, if Lawrence could declair last year as a freshmen, he would have been the #1 pick. He is a once a generation talent. John Elway, Payton Manning, Trevor Lawrence.
Clemson as a team is not better than Ohio State, but Trevor Lawrence makes them better. Now can he work the same magic against one of the best teams I've ever seen. If LSU wins, I'm ready to put them in my top 5 all Time with 95 Nebraska, 2004 USC, 2001 Miami, and 2005 Texas.
Inside Texas reporting Mike Yurich is Texas' new OC.
