The team isn't good. But it's a win. Some of you people need to kill yourselves if your getting depressed over a win.
Some posters here would have to cheer up to kill themselves.

So Spurs beat good Teams, Jazz, Clippers, Bucks, Rockets, Heat to name some off the top of my head. Then lose to Bulls?

If Spurs beat the beatable teams, they’d probably be in 3rd place and most deservingly so

Demar stepping up again . Very efficient, dominant performance and didn't choke like we used to.

I know that. Last time that I checked not fouling is part of playing good defense
He had the best DefRating of all players on the court and - by far - the best NetRating. Must have done something right. Calling out a player after two minutes playing time isn't that smart. Poeltl had two fouls at the end

Aldridge and poeltl both need to start together. No reason not to. The 76ers, Lakers, heat, jazz(their pf is not taking anyone off the dribble unless your name is Bryn Forbes), pacers are all playing 2 bigs

Why tf was beli and mills out in the last few minutes of the game. Pop is so incompetent man I swear. The lineup should've been, Jakob, DDR, White, Lonnie, and Murray. It's so frustrating to watch man.

If Forbes was not on the team, how much better would the Spurs record be?

If Forbes was not on the team, how much better would the Spurs record be?
The irony of this is that the Spurs would be doubly better without Forbes: both because of not having to account for his defensive (and offensive) shortcomings, which would greatly improve team defense, but also because the minutes of starting SG could go to either White or Lonnie, allowing them much more room to grow. Lonnie especially... Pop has made him so self conscious of his minutes and getting pulled, it's sad to watch. Especially for a young player, basketball is all about trying new things and making mistakes in the process to learn from them, and Walker looks scared of doing anything so as to not up some games.

Probably a few games above .500

If Bryn AND Pop were nowhere near the team this year, the Spurs would probably be a Top 3 seed in the West

Wonder if MJ was still playing or Kobe(RIP) for that matter. Would Pop have Bryn guarding them? Haha it's a scary thought but i reckon he would

I hate this time of year when armchair GMs are projecting wild trades that will never happen and shouldn't happen. Thankfully, when the deadline is past, whatever happens, most of the chatter will end. Except for those who can't accept a done deal and have to bad mouth it for the rest of their lives. I gave up my feelings about Fang, my ex-wife, years ago and have no reason to bad mouth her now. And that divorce was an important part of my life. You have to learn what is important and put the small stuff behind you.
