    Nadal went out like a chump. The dude is streaky. He's either playing like a stud or he's barely scraping by.

    He lucked out through at least 2 matches in the Australian Open. Thiem simply put him out of his misery.

    Nadal is pretty far behind in terms of number of weeks at numbers 1 and season end number 1 (which basically means winning the season). Those are iomportant stats that shouldn't be overlooked.
